For all your fics, I love how you take small parts of canon from the series and twist it to make a plausible story. I would have never thought of this pairing, but your use of how the men always do leave the women in charge makes this set up really believable. And Anissina and her inventions, Oi, no need to stretch the imagination there.

Cheri comes off as particularly uncaring here about the fact that people she cares about have been sent off to war, but this parallels very well with my feelings about Cheri from the series. She does a lot of thinks that make me really uncaring about her as a character, so this works for me.

I don't think anyone has to think real hard to imagine the julia/gisela dynamic, heh. XD

I just reread this fic and the "the safeword is bearbees" thing about killed me. Rereading old writing is such a surreal experience.

I think my mind was in a place where Cheri just really believed in the boys and knew they would be safe...or maybe I just wanted to get to the yuri. Heh.
